Due to the nature of digital products and services, fees paid for completed setup work, implementation services, subscription periods already used, and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to take advantage of the 14-Day Free Trial period to evaluate the service before purchasing a paid subscription.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations involving billing errors, duplicate charges, or circumstances where Brand Hyper LLC determines that a refund is appropriate.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method.
